Back for a second year running, we welcome our special guest Peter Sterios, an internationally recognized yoga teacher and award-winning author.
Peter will be our host for four amazing sessions in 2026 whilst on his new world tour.
Conscious Breathing & Movement: Synchronizing Awareness, Body, and Breath

Each session mixes movement and breath in a way that helps your nervous system chill out and respond with ease, not stress. By the end, you’ll feel more confident in trusting yourself and discover a solid foundation for feeling good that lasts long after you leave. Your breath will become your anchor, helping your mind stay steady and clear—even on busy days. And don’t worry—these classes welcome everyone, no matter your fitness level or mobility. BREATHWORK: The Foundation of Well-Being – Part 1 (3 hrs) This session contains an Intro talk, guided breathwork and gentle body opening.
Friday, 6th March 2026
BREATHWORK: The Foundation of Well-Being – Part 2 (3 hrs) Practice slow, conscious breathing and gentle movement as a path to body awareness and strength.
Saturday, 7th March 2026
NEUROPLASTICITY: The Changing Mind in Yoga Practice – Part 1 (3 hrs) We’ll start with an easy-to-follow introduction explaining how your brain can change and adapt, even as an adult. Then, you’ll experience synchronised breath and movement exercises that help your body and mind work together. These practices are designed to show you how yoga can support a more balanced, positive mind and open, fluid body.

NEUROPLASTICITY: The Changing Mind in Yoga Practice - Part 2. For those from Saturday or newly joining us, this session will further the discussion how mind, breath and motion together are capable of strengthening mental focus and increasing body mobility and tone. The practice will be a more dynamic sequence of flow-style poses, that creates space physically and psychologically, to support your own Intuitive body guidance system for movement (and life)!
PETER STERIOS’ BIO
Peter is an international yoga teacher, award-winning author, architect, and founder of MANDUKA®, LEVITYoGA™, and the InnerTeacher Academy™.
He taught yoga during the Obama White House for the First-Lady’s anti-obesity programs, and spoke as a wellness expert at the Pentagon in 2018 for the US Marine Corps.
Peter’s first video “Gravity & Grace” made Yoga Journal’s ‘top 15 yoga videos of all time’. His first book “Gravity & Grace” is a Nautilus Book Awards Gold Medal Winner.
He lives with his family in California and New Zealand.
